Where you are, the law asks adult sites to check ages. Nothing is mounted on this page anyway; Start posts you over to the partner, whose own gate handles that check.

Record-keeping

2257 Statement

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. No explicit material is produced here

jerk-off.live consists of written advice plus a doorway to a live service run by somebody else. We shoot no footage, take no photos, commission no performers, edit nothing and host no explicit image or video file. The graphics you see on these pages – simple shapes and lines – show no human being at all.

2. Who keeps the age records

Behind the Start button lies a live video service belonging to an independent company. Pictures inside that service are made by its participants and carried by its servers. Record-keeping under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for that service, including verifying the identity and age of everyone allowed in front of a camera there, is that company’s job. Requests concerning those records should be addressed to it.

3. Why the duty does not apply to this site

This site produces no sexually explicit depictions, so it is neither a primary producer nor a secondary producer as 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1 define those roles, and the record-keeping rules do not apply to it. Everybody appearing in the partner’s chat has to be an adult aged 18 or more.

4. Reporting a problem

Spot anyone in the chat who could be a minor? Close the session and alert the provider without delay. US residents may additionally file a report with the CyberTipline run by NCMEC (report.cybertip.org, 1-800-843-5678). A note to us through the form is welcome as well.
